1. How long will it take for my Luxy Bed to be delivered?

Delivery usually takes 5–10 working days from the date of order confirmation. We’ll contact you in advance to schedule a suitable delivery date.

2. Can I choose a specific delivery date?

We do our best to accommodate your preferred delivery date. Please mention your request in the notes at checkout or contact our team right after placing the order.

3. Do you offer installation for Luxy Beds?

Yes, we offer a fitting service where our team will deliver and assemble your Luxy Bed in a room of your choice. Please note: This service does not include dismantling old furniture or removing packaging.

4. What happens if the bed doesn’t fit through my door or staircase?

It’s the customer’s responsibility to measure doorways, staircases, and access points before placing an order. If the bed cannot be delivered due to size restrictions, we won’t be able to accept a return.

5. Are deposits refundable?

Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your order or return the product later. If we cancel due to stock unavailability or a pricing error, your deposit will be refunded.

6. Do you offer any discounts or promotional codes?

Yes, from time to time we share discount codes and offers. Only one code can be used per order. Misuse of codes may result in order cancellation.

7. What if I miss my delivery?

If you’re unable to accept delivery, please inform us within 1 hour of receiving the dispatch notification. Failing to do so will result in a £60 redelivery charge.

8. What if my Luxy Bed arrives damaged?

Please inspect the product on delivery. If there’s any visible damage, let the delivery team know and contact us immediately with photos. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

9. Can I return the bed if I change my mind?

Due to the custom nature of our Luxy Beds, returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty or not as described.
