Warranty Information
At Appexbeds.uk, we stand firmly behind the quality of our craftsmanship. That’s why all our bed frames come with the following warranty coverage:
90-Day Comprehensive Warranty
We offer a comprehensive 90-day warranty from the date of purchase. This means if any part of your bed frame is found to be defective due to issues in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no cost. This warranty reflects our commitment to providing reliable, high-quality products and peace of mind for our customers.
2-Year Part Replacement Warranty
In addition to the initial 90-day coverage, we also offer a 2-year part replacement warranty. If any component of your bed frame fails within two years of your purchase due to manufacturing defects, we will supply replacement parts free of charge. This extended support helps ensure your bed frame continues to perform and look great for years to come.
Please Note: These warranties do not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, improper assembly, or alterations. All warranties are subject to specific terms and conditions, and we encourage our customers to review the full details before making a purchase.
Cancellation & Returns
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. Check all packaging for any signs of damage such as tears, indents, or crumpling. If you notice anything wrong, report it to us via email within 24 hours of delivery. This helps us resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.
Changing Your Mind
If you decide to cancel your order, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to do so under our cooling-off policy. Cancellations must be made in writing via email or letter. Please note:
- Custom-sized products (including bespoke headboards, footboards, or side rails) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- In a resaleable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Any free gifts included with the product must also be returned
Returns Policy
If returning an item, it must be packaged properly in its original box and not used or assembled. We cannot accept returns on items that do not meet these conditions. After the 14-day period, cancellations or returns are not possible unless there is a manufacturing fault, which must also be reported within those 14 days.
If the return is due to ordering the wrong size, and the product is not faulty, a £175 charge will apply to cover administration, return shipping, and processing.
Colour and Fabric Disclaimer
Unsure about the fabric or colour? Please request FREE fabric samples before placing your order. Returns due to colour or material dislike after delivery will not be accepted.
Additional Charges & Delivery Issues
- If your order is cancelled before dispatch, a £75 administration fee will apply.
- If we are unable to deliver due to access issues or unforeseen circumstances, we can rearrange delivery for £50 per pallet.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Returned items must arrive in original condition and packaging. Do not tape over or write on the boxes. It is your responsibility to ensure the product is packaged appropriately and arrives safely. We advise using a tracked delivery service and obtaining a Certificate of Postage. We cannot be held liable for items lost in transit.
