1. 40-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date your order is delivered.

  • The cancellation period expires 30 days after delivery.
  • If you return an item without a manufacturing fault, a £50 handling charge will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 21 working days from the date we receive the returned item in acceptable condition.

2. Exchange & Replacements

If your item arrives with missing or damaged parts:

  • You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • We will send replacement parts as soon as possible after reviewing the issue.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging and unused condition.
  • Assembled goods cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Photographic evidence of the damage may be required.
  • If you request an exchange for any reason not related to damage, an exchange fee up to £50 will be charged.

3. Cancellations & Returns

In the unlikely event that you wish to cancel or return your order:

  • We can arrange collection via our delivery team. A collection fee starting from £50 will be deducted from your refund.
  • Alternatively, you may arrange the return at your own expense.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging and unused condition.
  • Returns will not be accepted for goods that have been opened, used, or assembled.

Important Note: Customers from the following areas must arrange returns themselves, as AppeX Beds does not provide collection services in these regions:

  • Channel Islands
  • Northern Ireland
  • Ireland
  • Isle of Wight
  • North of Aberdeen

Return Conditions

  • Goods returned must be in resalable condition, in original packaging, and unassembled.
  • Any returned item that does not meet these conditions may be refused or a reduced refund may apply.
