5. Deposits

Deposits paid for any product are non-refundable if you cancel your order or return the product. However, if we cancel your order due to unavailability or pricing errors, your deposit will be refunded in full.

6. Discount Codes

Discount codes are limited to one per customer per order. Any attempt to stack or misuse discount codes will result in the cancellation and refund of the order. All promotions and codes are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without notice.

7. Order Alterations

Alterations to your order may result in additional charges. These will be communicated and processed accordingly.

8. Delivery

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Delivery is to the front door only, unless you have selected the assembly service.
  • Please ensure you provide accurate delivery instructions and property measurements.
  • If you are not available on the day of delivery and have not informed us within 1 hour of dispatch confirmation, a £60 redelivery charge will apply.
  • We are not liable for any property damage or missed delivery due to insufficient access or adverse weather.

9. Fitting & Assembly

  • The assembly service includes bringing the bed to your room and assembling it.
  • This does not include dismantling old furniture or removing packaging.
  • Please measure all entryways to ensure the product can be delivered and installed. We do not accept returns if the product cannot fit into your space.

10. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays in delivery,
  • Economic or indirect losses,
  • Missed appointments due to force majeure (e.g., weather, transport delays).
